chalk borad

This is made form our 9" x 9" chipboard. I used chalkboard paint in the can and a foam brush to paint the chipboard. It too several coats to get it dark and you need to let it dry between each coat. I used the crop a dile to put the holes in the top for the ribbon hanger. The image is stamped in white stazon and then colored in with our stampin' pastels. I love this technique! Once you stamp the image let it dry for about 30 seconds before you apply the pastels. Just use a cotton ball or q-tip to apply it and wipe off any excess chalk. The sentiment is stamped in white craft ink and embossed in winter white powder.
